The Betaspace Platform provides access to various content, such as imagery, map data, attendance and visitor management systems, and more. Users do not acquire ownership rights in the content, and unauthorized usage is prohibited.

This section outlines the types of information collected, including user profile data, location information, transaction details, usage information, and device information.

  1. How We Collect and Utilize Information

We collect information during account creation and through the use of the Betaspace Platform. This information is utilized for various purposes, including personalization, analytics, and security.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Betaspace, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for our users. To ensure transparency and clarity, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below:

Refunds Post-Payment:

  • Betaspace does not entertain refund requests once the payment is successfully completed. Should a User breach any terms and conditions stipulated in the Betaspace-User Agreement, Betaspace reserves the right to terminate the agreement, denying access to the Workspace Solution. Any potential refund, in such cases, will be solely at the discretion of Betaspace.

Unavailability due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, force majeure, political unrest, riots, or other causes beyond our control rendering the Workspace Solution unavailable, users will be charged on a pro-rata basis for the actual usage period. The remaining booking period will be considered canceled, and any available balance in the User’s wallet will be promptly refunded.

Cancellation Implications:

  • Initiating a cancellation, whether by Betaspace or the User, will result in the nullification of associated services, amenities, and products offered by Betaspace.

Tax Retention and Charges:

  • In case of cancellation, Betaspace will retain the current applicable tax rate on the advance payment to fulfill its tax obligations. Additionally, credit card or debit card charges and any other relevant taxes or fees related to the non-refunded amount will be the responsibility of the User.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the booking. Betaspace will mediate any disputes that may arise and holds the final decision in all such matters. It’s important to note that a booking is officially considered canceled only upon the User receiving a cancellation confirmation via email, SMS, or notification from Betaspace. If confirmation is not received, the User is responsible for promptly contacting and informing Betaspace about the cancellation.
